Kidney Stone Tea

In a cup of warm water, stir in the following and drink 3x a day until kidney stone passes.




2 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

5 drops ~ PURE Geranium essential oil

5 drops ~ PURE Rosemary essential oil

5 drops ~ PURE Lemon essential oil

1 T. Grade B Pure Maple Syrup




Always stay well hydrated, drink several glasses of water each day with 2 to 3 drops of Lemon EO daily as preventative measure.

Key Lime Pie Shake




Key Lime Pie 
• 1 Scoop of doTERRA Vanilla TrimShake
• ¾ Cup Non-Fat Milk, Rice or Almond Milk
• 2 drops CPTG Lime essential oil
• 1 tsp. White Chocolate Pudding Mix (dry
• 3 Ice Cubes
• 1 Graham Cracker, crushed fine (add to the shake at the end)Mix all ingredients (except for the graham cracker crumbs) in blender on medium for 1 minute or until smooth and creamy. Garnish with graham cracker crumbs and enjoy!

FOAMING HAND WASH RECIPE




It’s easy, economical, and made with ingredients that are safer for the environment and your heath
Foaming Soap Pumps
6 cups Water
1 cup Castille Soap.
1/4 cup Olive Oil (almond, grape seed, or jojoba would be good too)
70 drops Doterra essential oil (10 drops per bottle) 
Just mix the first three ingredients and use a funnel to pour into your foaming pumps. Add your essential oils to each bottle. You can vary the amount depending on how strong you want the scent or if you want different scents for each bottle. 
Body wash- just add a little more Castille Soap to make it a bit thicker. It works great and I love that everything is natural and I can control what is used for the scents.  I add a bit of the same essential oil to my unscented body lotion and love it!
I’m guessing this mixture is under $1 a bottle.  If you don’t want to make it in bulk just fill your foamer bottle up 3/4 with water, add about 1/2 TBS of olive oil, about 2 TBS of Castille Soap, and your essential oils. You can play with the amounts if you find it’s not foaming enough for you or you can’t smell your essential oils. Shake it up before using.

Cinnamon Toothpicks


How to Make Your Own Cinnamon Toothpicks








1  small glass jar with a lid
1  5ml bottle of doTERRA Cinnamon Bark essential oil
Fractionated Coconut Oil
Lots of toothpicks, flat or round


Pour a generous amount of Cinnamon Bark EO into the small glass jar, add a bit of fractionated coconut oil to help disperse the essential oil and add the toothpicks. Put the lid on snugly and shake like crazy. Let soak overnight, then set out to dry the next day.  You can keep the remaining Cinnamon mixture for a long time to use later, just keep the jar sealed!

Lemon-Cheesecake bars



Recipe:
  • 1 1/2 cups of Organic Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup of Confectioner’s Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Organic Unsalted Butter, cut into cubes
  • 4 Farm Fresh Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups of Organic Cane Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Organic Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Organic Lemon Zest
  • 20 drops of dōTERRA Lemon Essential Oil
  • 2 (8 ounce) Packages of Cream Cheese – softened
  • 1/2 cup of Organic Cane Sugar
  • 1/2 cup of Honey Granules
  • 2 Farm Fresh Eggs – beaten
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly butter a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Whisk together 1 1/2 cup flour and confectioners’ sugar in a mixing bowl. Cut in the cold butter with a knife or pastry blender until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press the crumbs into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared baking dish to form a crust.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 15 to 18 minutes. Remove from oven, and set aside.
Whisk together 4 eggs, 1 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, lemon zest, and lemon essential oil in a bowl. Pour lemon mixture into the prepared crust. Skim off any bubbles from the surface of the filling. Mix the cream cheese and 1 cup sugar in a bowl until well blended.
Whisk in 2 eggs, then spread over the lemon mixture. The mixtures will separate during baking.
Bake in the preheated oven until the filling is set, about 30 minutes.

Coconut Lime Sugar Scrub


Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 TBSP shredded coconut
  • 6-8 drops of Lime Essential Oil
Instructions
  1. Melt Coconut oil in microwave.
  2. Mix in with the sugar, until fully incorporated.
  3. Add the coconut and the Lime Oil.
  4. Mix together.
  5. Makes one cup of scrub.
